1. Account and authentication storage

Grow Guide uses browser storage to keep you signed in securely and maintain your authenticated session.

This is necessary for core account functionality.

The authentication information is stored using the infrastructure that powers Grow Guide's account system and may remain until it expires or you sign out.

2. Stripe

When you visit Grow Guide's membership/payment functionality, Stripe may use cookies or similar technology as part of payment processing, security and fraud prevention.

Stripe operates its own payment infrastructure and may set technologies such as those used to recognise a browser or protect transactions.

3. Grow Guide product events

Grow Guide records limited first-party product events in its own database, such as reaching important stages of the Grow Guide journey.

These records help us understand whether the product is functioning and where users progress through the service.

This functionality does not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

4. What we do not currently use

Grow Guide does not currently use:

• advertising cookies;
• Meta Pixel;
• Google Analytics;
• Hotjar; or
• third-party behavioural advertising trackers.

If we introduce optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies in future, we will update this notice and introduce appropriate consent controls where required.

5. Changes

We may update this notice if the technologies used by Grow Guide change.
