1. About Grow Guide

Grow Guide is an online marketing guidance service operated by James Bosley, a sole trader trading as Grow Guide.

These Terms apply when you use Grow Guide or purchase a Grow Guide membership.

2. Who Grow Guide is for

Grow Guide is designed primarily for business owners, self-employed people and other people using the service for business or professional purposes.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a membership.

Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights that apply to you.

3. What Grow Guide provides

Grow Guide provides marketing guidance designed to help users understand their current marketing position and take practical actions to improve it.

Depending on your account and membership, this may include:

• a marketing assessment;
• a Growth Score;
• personalised recommendations;
• a structured marketing plan;
• individual marketing actions;
• progress tracking; and
• saved outputs and resources in your Toolkit.

Recommendations are generated using information you provide and Grow Guide's internal assessment and recommendation logic.

Grow Guide provides guidance rather than professional legal, financial, accounting or tax advice.

Business and marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside Grow Guide's control. We therefore do not guarantee any particular increase in sales, customers, revenue, leads or other business result.

4. Free access

Grow Guide may provide some functionality without payment.

At launch, free users can complete their assessment, view their personalised plan and access the first three available actions, subject to the functionality shown within the product.

Other actions may require a paid Grow Guide membership.

We may change the features included in free access in future. Any changes will not retrospectively remove content or outputs that you are entitled to retain under the service at that time.

5. Paid membership

Grow Guide currently offers:

Monthly membership: £7.99 per month

Annual membership: £59 per year

The price and billing period are shown before you subscribe.

Memberships automatically renew using the selected billing period until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Grow Guide does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

6. Monthly membership

Monthly membership is charged at £7.99 and renews monthly until cancelled.

You can cancel future renewal through the membership management area in your Grow Guide account.

If you cancel, your paid access normally continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Cancellation does not affect any statutory cancellation or refund rights that may apply.

7. Annual membership and Grow Guide money-back guarantee

Annual membership is charged at £59 and renews annually until cancelled.

In addition to any statutory rights you may have, Grow Guide offers a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee on your first annual membership payment.

You do not need to provide a reason.

To use the guarantee, email hello@getgrowguide.co.uk within 14 days of your first annual payment.

If the guarantee applies, we will cancel the annual membership and refund the £59 first annual membership payment to the original payment method.

The guarantee applies to the first payment for an annual membership and does not replace or limit any statutory rights you may have.

8. Automatic renewal and cancellation

Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically unless cancelled.

You can manage or cancel your membership from your Grow Guide Account using the Manage membership option.

Cancellation stops the next renewal.

Unless a refund or statutory cancellation right applies, you will normally retain paid access until the end of the period already paid for.

9. Statutory cancellation and consumer rights

Grow Guide is designed primarily for business and professional use. However, where you use Grow Guide as a consumer and consumer law applies to you, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights.

Any applicable statutory cancellation, refund or digital-service rights apply in addition to Grow Guide's contractual policies.

10. What happens when paid access ends

If a paid membership ends, your account returns to the level of access available to free users.

Grow Guide is designed to retain your existing account information, including your assessment, Growth Score, plan, completed actions and saved Toolkit outputs, unless you ask us to delete your account or we are legally required to remove information.

Some paid actions may become locked again when your paid access ends.

11. Your content

You retain ownership of original information and content that you enter into Grow Guide.

You give us permission to store, process and display that content as necessary to provide and operate Grow Guide.

You remain responsible for information you enter into the service.

Do not upload information that you do not have the right to use or that is unlawful.

12. Grow Guide content and intellectual property

The Grow Guide brand, software, assessment, scoring methodology, guidance, action content, interface and other original service content belong to Grow Guide or its licensors.

You may use the guidance and outputs generated through your account for your own business or professional purposes.

You must not systematically copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell or use Grow Guide's content, methodology or software to create or operate a competing service.

13. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.

Please contact hello@getgrowguide.co.uk if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You must not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass access controls or gain unauthorised access to another user's information.

14. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Grow Guide available and useful, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may maintain, update or change the service over time.

We may also change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary to improve, secure or operate Grow Guide.

Where a change materially affects an existing paid membership, we will take reasonable steps to communicate it appropriately.

15. Payment problems

If a membership payment fails, access to paid features may be restricted or ended in accordance with the status of your subscription.

You can manage payment details through the membership management functionality provided through Stripe.

16. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Grow Guide provides marketing guidance and tools, but you remain responsible for decisions you make and actions you take in your business.

To the extent permitted by law, Grow Guide is not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses arising from decisions made using the service.

Nothing in this section affects rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary if an account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, to compromise the security of the service, or in serious breach of these Terms.

Where appropriate, we will attempt to provide reasonable notice.

18. Closing your account

If you want your Grow Guide account and associated personal information deleted, email hello@getgrowguide.co.uk.

Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or regulatory purposes.

Cancelling a paid membership is not the same as deleting your Grow Guide account.

If you have a problem with Grow Guide, contact hello@getgrowguide.co.uk.

We will aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Grow Guide develops or where legal or regulatory requirements change.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.

Where a material change affects an existing paid membership, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to the user's attention.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are legally entitled to mandatory consumer protections in another part of the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms removes those protections.
